Return Policy

 You may want to return the product if,

  • You received a damaged product  - inform us within 15 Days of receiving the product
  • You received a defective product  - inform us within 15 Days of receiving the product
  • We shipped a wrong product - inform us within 15 Days of receiving the product

All you need to do is:

  • Return request send through www.clubbcart.in or Contact us at contact@clubbcart.com or call us on 033 – 2449 5293 within the timeline mentioned above
  • Return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, with the original packaging, tags and invoice
  • Once we receive the product, we will provide a replacement or refund your payment if replacement is not possible

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products or products not returned in the same condition as you received
  • If you do not inform within 15 Days.

To return the product:

  •  Kindly ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it, with the original packaging, tags and invoice.

  • Should you wish to return all or a part of your order, you need to let us know within 15 Days from the date of receiving your parcel. You can either call our Customer Support No. 033 – 2449 5293 between 11:30 A.M. and 8:30 P.M. and choose the return option over the phone to reach our dedicated helpline for returns or write to us contact@clubbcart.com

 

Refunds are made as follows:

 

1. If the payment was made in cash then the refund is made in the form of a NEFT/cheque.

2. If the payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of net banking) then the amount is credited back to the same account from which the payment was made.

 

Please Note: clubbcart.in will make refund NEFT/Cheque only in the registered name of the customer.
